Dampen Gari with just enough water to make it soft textured crumbs Put gravy on a low fire and add cleaned and cut carrots, stew for 2 minutes. Remove the skin and bones of the mackerel, break up fish and add to the gravy on fire. Cut the green pepper and add to stew. Correct the taste of the gravy with Maggi onion tablet and take off fire. Mix the gravy into the Gari and stir well to prevent it lumping up. Line the serving dish with flaked lettuce Mix 2/3 of all other ingredients into Gari and dish onto the middle of the lined plate.
