Domestic Violence The intentional emotional and/or physical abuse by a spouse, ex-spouse, boyfriend/girlfriend, ex-boyfriend/ex-girlfriend, or date. Sexual Abuse The crime of sexual intercourse without the consent of the victim, often through force or threat of violence. Child Abuse & Neglect The physical, sexual, or emotional maltreatment or neglect of children by parents, guardians, or others responsible for a child¹s welfare.
