Asante Kotoko have been hit with the unavailability of four starters due to suspensions and injury ahead of Sunday's Confederation Cup second leg final qualifying round match against Al-Ittihad. Captain Emmanuel Osei Kuffour will sit out of the match due to the red-card received during the first leg tie in Tripoli a fortnight ago. Right-back Samuel Inkoom's surging runs that add lethal dimensions to the team's attacking right will also miss the tie because of yellow card accumulation. Harrison Aful who is having trials with Feyenoord Rotterdam has also been disqualified for Kotoko's last hurdle. Experienced central defender Dan Acquah is also set to miss after losing the battle against full fitness. Kotoko have recalled midfielder Kobina Dodzi who spent the half of the season on loan at newly-promoted Wa All Stars. Al-Ittihad have a slender advantage after a 2-1 win from the first leg and will have to protect the scoreline or get a favourable aggregate result to make it to the group phase.
