The Challenge Reality Show: Jojo C. Quansah Wears The Crown! Website
Twenty-two-year-old Jojo Chartei Quansah has emerged winner of the Challenge TV Reality Show, a British Council Education-UK-sponsored programme. The Challenge 2007 is a new and exciting reality TV series, designed to give bright, ambitious Ghanaian university graduates the opportunity to demonstrate creativity and develop a tradition of innovation. Organisers say the show, which is the first in the series was to commemorate Ghana’s 50th Anniversary Celebrations elicited originality, inventiveness and a new approach that is challenging and fun. The gentleman who carries home the crown, describes himself as a natural leader and firmly believes it is just a thin line called “courage” that exists between an idea and its implementation. “As a result, I consider all my failures as lessons learnt and guides for the future.” The University of Ghana Business School graduate said the show started with enormous uncertainty as he faced equally talented folks who were also driven by a passion to win the ultimate prize. Jojo gets a fully sponsored one-year post-graduate scholarship at the University of Westminster, UK. He is also guaranteed management position with either Zenith Bank or Tigo on completion of the course, a brand new Tata Safari saloon car, a laptop, and a minimum one-year part-time contract with the sponsor University as institutional ambassador in Ghana.
