Boil rice with a little Maggi soy sauce and chicken tablet and a little cooking oil. Note: rice grain should not be sticky after cooking Heat a pan (preferably a wok) Add a little oil to the bottom Break eggs into hot oil and stir quickly to scramble Add chopped onion and cook for a few seconds. Add 1 chicken tablet Add rice and stir Add chopped spring onion and grated carrot and stir Correct taste with Maggi Arome before serving Note: To get the checkered effect, boil the rice with the maggi tablet only and sprinkle soy sauce when stirring the rice into the scrambled egg
