Restructuring of SSNIT scheme as a State Social Security Pension Scheme, which would pay only regular monthly pension benefits and 25 percent gratuity as lump sum to contributors.
Minimum of 5 percent total contribution would be legislated, 4 percent will be hired off SSNIT while the remaining 1 percent will be contributed by employer and the employee.
Third voluntary option to be privately managed with 17 percent tax rebate incentive to contributors.
